Von Meyer German Shepherds Reservation Fee Contract
Amber Meyers, owner of Von Meyer German Shepherds will hereby be referred to as “Seller”, and ______________________ will be referred to as “Buyer”. On __/__/2023 a non-refundable reservation fee of $___.00 was given to “Seller” Amber Meyers via ______________ by “Buyer” _______________________________ for a German Shepherd puppy which can be described as: ________________________________________. Out of JTP's KING BUCKZILLA and NOVA VOM HEXE XAVIERA due to be born 10/27/2023. This written agreement contains all of the terms of this reservation fee. This reservation fee ensures the Seller will reserve the available status of the described dog, guaranteeing the Seller will hold the dog until the agreed upon pickup date. Reservation fees are directly applied to the final cost of your dog, but are non-refundable in the case that the dog is no longer of interest; failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the dog to another Buyer, and retention of the reservation fee is meant to compensate the Seller for this possible loss. The final purchase price of the described dog is $_____. This reservation fee signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase of this dog. The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction, and refund the reservation fee for any reason. If, through some tragic accident, the dog were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer OR the reservation fee will be applied to another dog (if one is available, or from the next litter). Payment is due in full upon pickup day. Buyer understands the full payment of $____.00 is due before or during pickup. Final payment must be made in full via cash the day of scheduled pickup, or money order, Venmo, or CashApp is due three days prior to pickup to ensure any monetary issues would be found and corrected before the puppy leaves the Seller. By signing this agreement, the Seller and Buyer agree to all terms and conditions of the Reservation Fee Contract and that the Buyer has reviewed and agreed to the contract before completing this reservation fee.
